You will take a leading role in how Helloo meets the market.
That means:
• owning and driving complex B2B sales processes
• shaping how our offering is packaged, positioned, and sold
• working closely with product, tech, UX, and L&D
• helping build structure, rhythm, and strategy as we scale
• over time: contributing to (and potentially leading) the sales function
You will sell confirmed value - not ideas.
But how that value is taken to market is still open for influence.
This role comes with real mandate.
You are an experienced sales person who:
• loves closing deals, but cares just as much about how they are created
• has worked with SaaS, digital products, or complex consulting solutions
• is comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers (CEO, HR, Learning, Leadership)
• brings a strong professional network
• is curious about human development, learning, and organizational change
• is based in Stockholm
