Let’s talk about Future invites teams to envision the future they want to create – and define the steps to get there. By reflecting on success stories and upcoming challenges, teams co-create a clear, values-driven direction and commit to concrete action.

  • Format: hybrid or remote
  • Content: The session helps teams reflect on their actual culture, explore where it aligns (or conflicts) with stated values, and define actions that bring their values to life.
  • Language: English, translated in Swedish
  • Cost: 500 SEK per participant

Individual preparation

Participants receive a short digital introduction to the Cynefin Framework and are invited to reflect on their typical reactions to change. This step helps them connect personal experiences with broader patterns – and primes them for deeper team dialogue.

Facilitated team sessions

In a structured, digitally guided session via the Helloo platform, the team maps out how they usually respond to different types of change. Using the Cynefin framework, they explore where they get stuck, what helps them move forward, and what kind of shared mindset and behaviours will support them in navigating future complexity.

Personal commitment

Each participant defines one specific behavior they want to test or reinforce to support change-readiness –both individually and as part of the team. These commitments are tracked and followed up over three months to build sustainable capacity for adaptation.

Håkan Ingvarsson is a senior change leader and leadership developer with over 15 years of experience supporting managers and organisations through complex transformations. With a strong foundation in both strategic and operational change management, Håkan bridges direction-setting with every day implementation. His approach combines structure, communication, and dialogue to help teams navigate uncertainty and resistance – while ensuring engagement, progress, and lasting results.
