This boost weaves together multiple steps over a 3–4 month period, allowing time for reflection, experimentation, and sustainable behavioural shifts to take root within the team.

Individual preparation

Several individual reflections andself-assessments based on the IMGD model, helping participants track progressand bring personal insight to each team session. These steps not only prepareindividuals for upcoming discussions but also deepen their understanding ofteam dynamics and how development unfolds.

Facilitated team sessions

Six structured meetings where the team explores its stage of development, surfaces challenges and strengths, and works actively to grow together. These sessions follow a clear progression, guided by the IMGD framework and supported by digital facilitation.

Team commitments

The team defines shared commitments that reflect what they want to strengthen or shift together. These are revisited and followed up in three dedicated follow-up sessions after the main process to ensure traction and long-term impact.

Magnus Grönblad is a senior expert in leadership, learning and team development. His work centers on designing and driving leadership frameworks and team journeys that build capability, foster collaboration and strengthen culture across organisations.

Magnus has extensive experience supporting leaders and teams through developmental processes, utilising evidence-based models like IMGD to help groups gain shared insight, increase effectiveness and grow together. He is passionate about empowering others to learn, adapt and lead with confidence in complex environments.
