Let’s talk about: Mindset helps teams understand how beliefs about ability and failure shape learning, collaboration, and growth. Through reflection and dialogue, participants explore the power of a growth mindset – and commit to behaviours that support curiosity, resilience, and development.

  • Content: The session explores how fixed vs. growth mindset affects behavior, feedback, and learning – and supports teams in creating a more open and resilient culture.

Individual preparation

Participants are introduced to the core concepts of fixed vs. growth mindset, and invited to reflect on recent situations where they felt stuck or stretched. Through prompts and real-life examples, they examine how mindset shows up in their everyday work – and what small shifts could help them embrace challenge and feedback with more openness.

Facilitated team sessions

In the team session, participants share reflections, explore how mindset affects collaboration and learning, and identify cultural patterns that support or hinder a growth-oriented environment. Together, they define principles and behaviors that promote psychological safety, resilience and learning.

Personal commitment

Each team member formulates a personal commitment to shift their own mindset in one key area – and support others in doing the same. These commitments are tracked and revisited over time, reinforcing a culture where learning is visible and valued.

Håkan Ingvarsson is a senior change leader and leadership developer with over 15 years of experience supporting managers and organisations through complex transformations. With a strong foundation in both strategic and operational change management, Håkan bridges direction-setting with every day implementation. His approach combines structure, communication, and dialogue to help teams navigate uncertainty and resistance – while ensuring engagement, progress, and lasting results.
