This session gives teams the space to imagine their desired future, reflect on the present, and commit to concrete steps that bridge the gap.

In a fast-changing world, teams need more than information – they need space to reflect, talk honestly, and make brave decisions together. Let’s talk about is a series of short, guided sessions (max 2 hours) designed to spark real growth through meaningful dialogue rooted in everyday reality.

Each session follows Helloo’s brain-friendly learning principles and helps teams:

Let’s talk about: Future invites teams to envision the future they want to create – and define the steps to get there. By reflecting on success stories and upcoming challenges, teams co-create a clear, values-driven direction and commit to concrete action.
  • Total time: 2 hours
  • Team size: up to 10 participants per boost
  • Audience: Leaders, teams, and peer groups
  • Format: hybrid or remote
  • Content: The session helps teams reflect on their actual culture, explore where it aligns (or conflicts) with stated values, and define actions that bring their values to life.
  • Language: English, translated in Swedish
  • Cost: 500 SEK per participant

Individual preparation

Participants complete a "Future Diary" – a creative reflection exercise where they imagine their team one year from now, living fully in alignment with its values. This helps surface what truly matters and sets the tone for honest, forward-looking dialogue.

Facilitated team sessions

In a guided session via the Helloo platform, the team collaborates to create a "Cover Story" – a fictional magazine article or headline that celebrates the team’s success one year into the future. Through storytelling and co-creation, the team defines what they want to be known for, which behaviors and achievements will make that possible, and what they need to shift or strengthen to get there.

Personal commitment

Each participant defines a concrete behavior they want to strengthen or shift to better align with the team’s values. These commitments are shared, tracked, and followed up over three months to support real cultural change.

Henrik Johansson is the founder of Inner Island and a facilitator with deep roots in transformational learning and human development. With over two decades of experience, he designs and guides processes that help individuals and teams navigate complexity, connect more deeply, and act more wisely. Henrik combines strategic clarity with mindfulness and creativity to support meaningful and lasting change.
