In a fast-changing world, teams need more than information – they need space to reflect, talk honestly, and make brave decisions together. Let’s talk about is a series of short, guided sessions (max 2 hours) designed to spark real growth through meaningful dialogue rooted in everyday reality.

Let’s talk about: Values helps teams identify the values that trulyguide behaviour and drive progress. By grounding in past successes and futurechallenges, teams define 3–5 strategic values that support alignment,collaboration, and meaningful development.
  • Total time: 2 hours
  • Team size: up to 10 participants per boost
  • Audience: Leaders, teams, and peer groups
  • Format: hybrid or remote
  • Content: The session supports teams in identifying andformulating 3–5 strategic values based on past successes and future needs –creating a shared foundation for decision-making and collaboration.
  • Language: English, translated in Swedish
  • Cost: 500 SEK per participant

Individual preparation

Participants reflect on real past successes – moments, big or small, when the team was at its best. Through guided prompts, they identify the values, behaviors, and attitudes that contributed to those moments. This helps ground the session in the team’s actual experience.

Facilitated team sessions

Together, the team explores future challenges and opportunities. Through structured dialogue, they identify the values and behaviors that would best support them in facing these challenges. The session culminates in co-creating 3–5 strategic values that are both aspirational and rooted in lived experience.

Personal commitment

Each participant defines aconcrete behavior aligned with the new values – something they commit topracticing in everyday work. These commitments are shared and followed up overthe next three months to turn values into action.

Meet the guide

Henrik Johansson is the founder of Inner Island and a facilitator with deep roots in transformational learning and human development. With over two decades of experience, he designs and guides processes that help individuals and teams navigate complexity, connect more deeply, and act more wisely. Henrik combines strategic clarity with mindfulness and creativity to support meaningful and lasting change.
